Sautéed Mushrooms

Mushrooms cut in half and sautéed for few minutes in extra virgin olive oil on medium-high fire, adding minced garlic and soy sauce only at the end.

This is also my favorite recipe for mochi, soy sauce with garlic or without, and so today i made them together, adding the mushrooms only after turning the fried mochi the other side.

The way you cut vegetables matters, even the taste changes accordingly.
