Chikkudu Kaya

Called also Indian broad beans, but it doesn't even look like the western broad beans or fava beans except for a vague resemblance in the shape of the beans.
You need to remove the string and then completely open the pod to check and remove also any walking protein. I like to stir fry pods and beans with extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper.

A perfect match for filet mignon [beef tenderloin] cooked the same way.
