Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Fried Lauki

If i was in Italy i would make it with zucchini, but here i am, and so, i sliced very thin half lauki [cucuzza/lagenaria] and sautéed it in extra virgin olive oil.

With the other half i made the classic italian grilled appetizer.

Tomato sauce was already in the fridge, and today was very easy to make spaghetti.
