Spaghetti, Broccoli and Fenugreek
Well, broccoli and fenugreek is not an Italian combo for sure, but i had a small bunch of fenugreek in the fridge and while i was going to make spaghetti with broccoli i followed the crazy idea to make this recipe.
It came so tasty and so good i am proud of myself for the result.
Mince some garlic and cut into thin shreds a mild red chili, sauté with extra virgin olive oil, then add the leaves of fenugreek and let cook on low fire until wilted.
Boil spaghetti and broccoli together, drain and toss with the fenugreek, adding a couple of spoons of labneh while stirring.
