Eat your Greens: Grilled Cucuzza

Grill slices of cucuzza [lauki - lagenaria] and season with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, oregano and crushed fennel seeds, or any dried herb of your liking.

You can make a sandwich with chapati, grilled cucuzza, salsiccia piccante Napoli [sausage with chili]  and labneh [hung yogurt]. Fold and eat your savory snack.
