Sauted vegetables

What is lying in the fridge and you don't know what to do with it?
I had only a carrot, some cabbage, and a piece of pumpkin.
But to add a potato is a must according to me, sweet potatoes even better but i don't get them easily here. So, i steamed everything together.

Stir fry minced garlic with parsley or cilantro in extra virgin olive oil [or butter if you like] for just few seconds. Toss the cooked vegetables until well coated.
Sprinkle lemon juice and/or Tabasco.

  2. true, even though today i fried some malai paneer breaded like the chicken breast and it was delicious. Finally the salad finished so we need to write a mail to the organic farm. . .
